3M™ Pistonz™ Ear Plug - Uncorded P1400

Pkg of 1 pair - 3M™ P1400 PISTONZ™ earplugs are soft foam shaped like pistons with a hard plastic "connecting rod" handles. They have an impressive NRR of 29dB* (Noise Reduction Rating 29 decibels). Each pair is individually packaged.

      This style difficult to find but what I need.

      I really like this style because they don't try to work themselves out like the common larger all foam ones. I do have to cut off part of the plastic part because I'm wearing the plugs under a helmet but there is still plenty to get ahold of when it's time to remove them.

      Fits my small ear canal

      Many earplugs by 3M and others are too large for my ear canal, but these compress and fit inside and seal perfectly. The connecting rod-handle make them super-easy to insert and remove.

      Best earplugs I have ever used

      These earplugs top all the others I have used. They are reusable for a long time and are easy to wash. I usually end up losing the pair before they actually run out. I recommend the cordless vs the corded because the corded seriously gets in the way of everything when you're working, I almost always had them get ripped out of my ear with the cord on something or another. They also have better protection decibel wise than your conventional ear plug. Plus the little plastic piston shafts on these are freaking WONDERFUL. Makes it so much easier to put them back in your ear if you need to take them off for a second compared to having to re-squish the regular ones with almost always dirty hands, while as well having to pull your ear up to re insert; these you can simply ram back in. Seriously the best ear plug on the market.
