The Speedglas™ Adflo (HE) 9100FX-Air combines the Speedglas™ 9100FX welding helmet with grinding visor and 9100X ADF with the proven Adflo PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) to create a safe, personal welding environment with superior auto-darking filter clarity.
The Speedglas™ 9100 FX-Air joins 3M’s legendary Speedglas™
quality and auto darkening technology (ADF) with an
innovative wide-view grinding visor and improved
respiratory protection system to give welders an all-in-one
solution for more welding flexibility, precision and efficiency.
A smooth flip-up pivot mechanism assures
effortless transition from welding to grinding modes.
The exceptionally clear, wide grinding visor offers a greater
field of view.
Features
Front of face air delivery helps provide cooling for hot
work environments, while keeping the grinding visor
virtually fog free
Adjustable breathing tube at back of helmet is made of
flexible tubing, so it does not stick out rigidly and lets
users work in tight spaces or when lying on their back
Respiratory protection is maintained when outer shield
(ADF) is flipped in the upward position
Breathing tube is attached to the headband instead of
the helmet, so there is less pulling on the helmet from
the breathing tube
A clear, large (approx. 8” x 4.25”) view that is ideal
for precision grinding and set-up tasks in low-light
conditions
Shade 5 SideWindows provide peripheral vision for
increased safety when the welding shield is in place,
optional covers are available to block the SideWindows
for times when other welder’s are nearby
Extended helmet coverage helps to protect from harmful
UV rays that can contribute to skin cancer
Clear inner grinding visor widened for increased
peripheral vision enables users to work in tight spaces
without turning their head

System Intelligence: Constant Airflow Rate, regardless of battery charge and filter loading. Audible and visual alarms signal low airflow and low battery charge.
The unique belt design has a solid leather front, cut narrow to allow the welder to bend forward easily. Along the welder's sides, the leather becomes wider, with large ventilation holes for maximum breathability. The turbo unit securely attaches to, and is nestled between, the two plastic arms of the belt so the turbo's weight is evenly distributed across the entire lower back and upper hips. The plastic arms are vertically rigid but with pleats so the welder can move and turn with freedom.
Exclusive airflow pattern means perfectly-distributed air throughout the entire breathing zone of the helmet.

Speedglas™ 9100X Auto Dark Lens Features

Magnification made easy. The new magnifying lens holder,
on the inside face of the welding helmet, makes lens
installation easier and more adjustable.
Seven user selectable dark
shades: shade 5 for gas
welding/cutting, shade 8
for microplasma and low
amp TIG welding and shade
9 to 13 for most other
types of arc welding.
The ‘tack welding comfort mode’ uses
an intermediate light state (shade 5). If
a follow-up arc is not struck within two
seconds, the welding filter switches to
the normal light state (shade 3). The
comfort mode may help reduce eye
fatigue resulting from the eye constantly
needing to adjust to differing light levels
during tack welding.
The delay function allows the user to
set the dark-to-light switching time.
Sensitivity of arc detection can be adjusted to provide reliable switching
for a wide range of arc welding processes, amperages and situations.
And you now can ‘lock-in’ any shade: the light shade for grinding or other
non-welding activities, or one of the dark shades—to have it function as a
passive welding filter.

I WOULD LIKE TO GET REPLACEMENT CLEAR LENSE'S FOR THIS HELMET, I THINK THERE IS THREE OF THEM, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ON THE SPEEDGLASS ASSEMBLY PLUS ONE WHEN YOU FLIP THE HELMET UP, DO YOU HAVE THE PART NUMBERS FOR THESE ITEMS
