BSX® Welding Gloves - TIG Welding Gloves BM88

BSX® BM88 MIG welding gloves have premium features at an economical price. BSX® BM88 MIG welding gloves are made of durable cowhide back and premium grain pigskin palm. The cowhide back, with DragPatch® and RestPatch™, provide superior heat and wear protection. What makes this glove stand out against the other MIG gloves is that the index finger and thumb are constructed of fine grain pigskin. This allows for a secondary use as a more durable TIG glove.

Features
  • Resilient soft grain pigskin with lining for enhanced comfort and dexterity
  • Durable split cowhide back
  • Padded palm for gun-holding comfort
  • DragPatch® and RestPatch side comfort
  • Stitched with flame-resistant Kevlar
  • Size: S-2XL

Find Your Welding Glove Size: Measure around your hand above the V of the thumb. This gives you the circumference in inches. Compare it to the measurement table above to find your corresponding BSX® welding glove size.

Where are these made? I am looking for gloves not made in China. Sweat turns the tanning chemicals to acid.

These gloves will not hold up if used every day. The typical welder will wear through the gloves in less then a couple weeks from simply handling iron. I liked the fit, I liked the heat protection. But my recommendation would be a pay a couple bucks more and buy a much more durable glove.
    Prosfit well, insulation was good
Conswere worn out within two weeks of everyday use.

I weld as a hobby and not professionally and these gloves more than met my expectations and requirements for hand protection.
ProsGreat price, great fit, the black leather portion was soft and flexible right out of the box making it easy to use the welder and components I was welding.
ConsNo dislikes but it is too early to tell how well they will last or endure abuse.

Very comfy and easy to work in even if I leave'em on to handle material or do fit-up work. Will buy them again. Slid across my aluminum material smoothly along the drag patch so I could keep steady and weld comfortably.

    Size 2XXL
    February 21, 2013
I like the quality, but the fit between the index finger and thumb was not a 2XXL size. The rest of the glove fit very well. If the palm was expanded between the thumb and index finger, I would not hesitate to purchase these gloves.
ProsWell made and feel like a welder could perform better while using these gloves.
Cons The fit between the index finger and thumb was not a 2XXL size. There was not enough room to fully open my hand.

    Great Price - Great Product
    June 11, 2012
I placed an order for this item. Cyberweld accidentally sent me the wrong size. I emailed Cyberweld and told them of my dilemma, fully expecting to have to go through SOME kind of hassle to remedy the problem. Cyberweld sent me another pair, only the right size with no hassle whatsoever. I really appreciate their customer service. I might add that I am now a "customer for life". They also offer the best prices on the internet. So, yea, I know that I got "off topic". I just wanted to share my experience with customer service at Cyberweld, and this just to be the product that was involved. So, as far as the gloves. They fit great! I have never owned a pair of gloves specifically designed for mig welding. I can say for sure that "they are not your Dad's welding gloves", you know the ones that I am talking about. Those great big bulky gloves that have been sold by the millions of pairs. These gloves fit nice, not too tight or not too loose. I have not used them for long periods of time (yet, just got em), but for the time that I have used them, I have not noticed any problems with heat transfer into the lead glove (that is a big deal with me). Bottom line > They would be a perfect pair of gloves if they were only Made In The United States. I will never rate a "China product" with five stars. To each his own, I guess.
ProsGood fit No noticeable amount of heat transfer Appears to be made of good quality leathers Smart looking while wearing
    ConsMade in China
