To Whom It May Concern:
I own a Miller SyncWave 200 welder for which I want to purchase longer leads for stick welding. I am planning to purchase from you the 50", #2 Hobart leads (product # 195195). I then want to attach the Miller Dinse Male connector (product # 129527 to the ends of the Hobart leads. Will the connectors attach directly to the leads or do I need other parts? Please let me know.

Answer:The Hobart #2 leads (195195) maybe a little light weight for use with the Miller Dinse (International) Weld Cable Connector - Male 129527 but you should be able to make it work.

I purchased these thinking they worked on my TWECO 252i, it is a different connection though. Can I change the ends out on Tweco Welding Cable Extension - 2/0, 50 ft with Tweco 2MPC Code: WC202MPC, with the male and female of this to fit my welder?
By Customer Service on March 15, 2016
Answer:The Tweco Fabricator 252i uses 50MM Female Dinse receptacles. The Miller Dinse (International) Weld Cable Connectors should work with the 252i. The Miller Dinse (International) Weld Cable Connector are available in 3 versions to accept a range of cable sizes. Miller # 129527 is for cable sizes #2 to #0 . Miller #134460 is for cable sizes #0 to #000 and Miller # 138181 is for cable sizes #000 to #0000.. The Tweco MPC style connectors will not work with the 252i

I have an everlast 250 welder with a DINSE connector of electrical connection size size diameter .5 inches by llength 0.8 inches. The actual metal and plastic length is larger, about 2 inches. The Ciberweld DINSE is speced at 50mm or about 2 inches. what dimension is this? total length, diameter electrical contact length? If possable is there a specification?
By Customer Service on March 27, 2013
Answer:Although we cannot find a definative answer to your question we believe that the 50 mm dimension relates to the overall length of the brass insert in the connector from the end where the cable goes in to the end of the connector where it does into the machine.. The 50mm seems to be misleading in that it has nothing to do with the size of the male or female portion of the connector which is approximately 13 mm..
