Will the LMSW-52 weld two intersecting 1/8" thick steel rods together? The total thickness is 1/4" but it is round rod not flat sheet metal.

Answer:
Miller LMSW-52 Spot Welder 900377 will only weld 3/16 maximum.
Miller Spot Welder SSW-2020 ATT 903826 will weld 1/4, but keep in mind that will be maxing the machine out.
