The Miller 30" Cloth welding jacket takes cloth welding jackets to the next level. Made with 100% INDURA® flame-resistant cotton, this jacket is guaranteed flame-resistant for the life of the garment™.

    Love the collar, little to no shrinking afer washing, and very comfortable

    Sleeve length seemed to run a little short but there still ok.

    The material of this jacket is fine, but the snaps pull out of the material. Whoever or whatever installed the snaps during manufacture did a very poor job of riveting the snaps on. I have had this jacket for less than a month and 3 or 4 snaps have already pulled loose.
    Pros:
    I like that I can wear the leather apron on it.
    Cons:
    I dislike the way the snaps pull out of the material.

    Got this jacket before taking the MIG course at a Tech school. It's great for flat welding or Tig. For out of position welding like overhead get the one with leather sleeves.

    This is a comfortable jacket just fine for TIG and MIG welding. Don't use it for heavy stick welding jobs as you will burn holes through it as I learned. I used this jacket for welding classes so it was used alot. The leather jackets are best for stick welding.

    Comfortable and light wearing jacket.
    Cons:
    Won't stand up to heavy stick welding. I did burn holes through it.

    Owned two so far, getting about a year out of each including many washes. The pockets are super handy both on the sides and the sleeves (soapstone, pen, sharpie). Thicker material takes lots of abuse but combined with the color can be hot outdoors in sun. In the shop your getting it done and protected in style ! (unless your using a lincoln...)

    Light weight and easy to get in and out of make this a very usable shirt. The buttons are easy to snap with welding gloves on and the material breathes well. I wish it has a few leather patches here and there to increase protection without sacrificing to much air flow but it doesn't.

    - great item for the money - looks professional - breathes really well
    Cons:
    - needs to be pressed after a wash or it won't look right - needs leather patches along forearm

    i'm just beginner welder, and the jacket i got thru class was ok...but for the price of this vs the price of the green jacket..this is such a better quality...i like the jacket a little larger, got it in a 2x and there is more than enough room...love the stand up collar

    How true is the sizing? In some jackets a XL fits fine and in others namely the 9oz. green cloth I have to get a
    XXL. Does it run large or true to size?
