its a lot heavier than my old one ,its gonna take some getting used to but overall i like it

Great hood works and looks great. It is a little heavier than my old elite but not enough to make me go back .

highly recommed but it puts alot of pressure on the back of your head.

Great helmet, good adjustments and plenty of features and easy to use. Works perfect. The ability to lift the darkening screen separately is nice and saves wearing safety glasses under the helmet. Only drawback is it's a bit heavy compared to similar models. Still a great product and well worth the price.

Awesome hood has a clock, arc time, and an alarm built in to the display! I was very pleased with It!

I like the hood and all its features the lens and grinding shield are a big plus my only dislikes are the weight and the actual color of the lens but that is personal preference and you cant do much about the weight because of all the features but the head gear helps to fix it and is the nicest I've ever used, over all I like it and would recommend to serious welders big bang for the buck

Item was purchased as a gift for my father who has been dealing with poor headgear and a small aperture on his current auto-darkening helmet. I thought I would splurge and buy him the Miller Ti 9400i welding helmet. I knew it was not the lightest but it seemed to have a lot of good features and it had some good reviews. Based solely on first impressions I would give this helmet five stars. It is a sleek silver color that just looks good. None of this skulls, flames, or naked ladies like some of the helmets out there. Those just aren't my dad's style. This is. The auto-darkening features seemed quick and the adjustments on the digital control pad fairly straight forward. The grinding mask is a bonus too. Really, the main reason i took off two stars is because the headgear broke the first time my dad tried to adjust it. Being a mechanical engineer, he quickly noticed that the adjustment gearing was assembled incorrectly from the factory based on observing the construction of the opposite side. Since this was both a gift (pain for the gift receiver and an embarrassment for the gift giver) and since this product was purchased specifically because of it's "superior" headgear design, I took off two stars. I wish I could rate Cyberweld because they were both courteous and quick to ship my dad a completely new headgear that arrived in four business days (over New Years even!). Five stars goes to Cyberweld.

Nice helmet for heavy fab work, this helmet works great when you are working between the welder and the grinder. It shields you nicely of sparks and hot slag . This helmet is industrial , and as so is much heaver than a basic set up. One problem as noted in a above review is the helmet will not stay in the up position very well , even at maximum tension , maybe some " Customizing " is needed . Other than that the amount of protection and time saved on not switching back and forth from hood to grinding shield makes life much more easy , suggestion to miller , upgrade the head suspension system . If you are just straight welding ,not grinding go with a regular set up though , much lighter.

great looking helmet but the first thing wrong is its to heavy to stay up with the tiny little head adjusting gear.it comes with.It just wont stay up when you look down.Guess Miller never put one on.The rest of it is simple enough to work.I have not welded with it yet,and Im hopping that it will work as it should for the price.

Excellent product. My husband welds for a living and loves it. He is very impressed with this helmet. In fact a few guys from the job site are now interested in buying one also. Thank you for offering this at such a great price.

i like it

great helmet. would give 5 stars but it is noticeably heavier than my elite mask. although the flip up grinding screen feature adds weight onto the design compared to the elite. apples to oranges. I like it better than the elite as i can see when im grinding now, instead of having to look through a shaded lens. .......not that i have to grind much!
