Much easier to use my welder with this

Much easier to use my Syncrowave 210 welder with this. Auto body sheet metal with TIG and a foot pedal is a little tough on the car. This switch makes it much easier to control and do quick welds. Nice that its momentary and on/off function.

    first finger control

Unfortunately for the sake of this review this is the first finger control I've used. For a long time now I've been pondering getting a remote amperage control but could not decide on the style I wanted. But at some point it dawned on me that all I really needed for the time being was an on/off switch for being able to quickly do tack welds without having to drag the foot pedal around. So then I could not decide whether to get an on/off switch or a momentary switch. Well low and behold I found this rocker switch. To be honest I'm somewhat amazed that this is the only one I've found that has both on it. Be that as it may though, I'm quite happy with this product. The way the switch juts out makes it easy to access in a variety of hand positions. Also, since you have the option of pushing the switch either way to initiate the arc it opens up even more options in terms of accessibility. I'm still pondering buying an actual amperage control but at the moment I'm thinking I might do just as well using 2T/4T once I get proficient at it. In the end I'm very happy I started with this switch.
