Tweco® Spray Master® 250 15 ft. MIG Gun 1023-1140

Genuine Tweco® Spray Master® 250 MIG gun has a rated output of 250 amps at 80% duty cycle. The Spray Master 250 has a Tweco® back end that plugs directly into your ESAB® Rebel™ 235ic welder. It is designed for light to medium duty welding fabrication and uses Tweco's HD series MIG consumables for long life and less downtime.

      Replaced the stock gun that came with the ESAB 215

      The stock that came with the rebel 215 would get excessively hot and have clogged nozzles. Yet the rebel never timed out or got hot. I got this gun to replace the stock gun and it has made a huge difference. Does not get too hot, different nozzle is easy to clear and does not clog as easily, and lasts much longer. A much better match to the machine. I weld 1/4" down to 18ga mild steel, with an occasional 5/16 or 3/8.
