I have a eastwood 175, they advertise standard tweco setup for the mig gun. You don't show photos of the back end of these guns and was wondering if you could help? Thanks

Answer:Your Eastwood machine will not use the parts from the Tweco Fusion 180 MIG Gun 1017-1332 .. The Fusion style gun is Tweco's new gun design.. Your Eastwood machine will use the standard Tweco mini mig parts

will this gun work on my hobart 135 handler??
By Customer Service on March 19, 2013
Answer: The Fusion™ 180 MIG gun has Thermal Arc® end that plugs directly into Thermal Arc® brand MIG welders and is a direct replacement gun for the Thermal Arc® Fabricator 181i multi process welder and will not fit the Hobart Handler 135.Here is a link to the Hobart H100S2-10 MIG Gun 245924 which would fit your machine:

Are these guns available to fit a Miller 211?
By Customer Service on July 24, 2015
Answer:The Tweco Fusion 180 MIG Gun 1017-1332 will not fit fit a Millermatic 211. We can special order a Fusion 180 Mig Gun with a Miller back end (# 1017-1330) that will fit on a Millermatic 211. The problem with all of this is the 1017-1330 Fusion gun comes only in a 12 ft length. Miller does not recommend installing a mig gun on the Millermatic 211 that is longer than 10 ft.

Wondering what backend comes on this gun. The 181I comes with Euro and a standard small Lincoln that utilizes the 8 pin connector. Which one is this gun?

Answer:The back end on the Tweco Fusion 180 MIG Gun 1017-1332 is a standard Tweco #2 gun type..

nylon or teflon liner available?
By Customer Service on August 14, 2012
Answer:There is a nylon liner available for the Tweco Weldskill 180A gun. For feeding .030 or .035 aluminum wire you need the model 35TF-40-10 liner, part #1400-1031.
For feeding .040 or 3/64 diameter wire, you need the 45FT-40-10 liner, part #1400-1041. These liners cost $14.54 each with free standard ground shipping from Cyberweld. We can add them to the site if you are interested in purchasing some.
Always remember to keep your MIG gun as straight as possible when feeding aluminum welding wire.

I just picked up the Thermal Arc 181i with the fusion 180 torch. Is the defuser part of the tube or can it be changed? Not sure if I like the fusion torches. What other Tweco torches fit the Thermal Arc 181i (possibly the weldskill torch)? Thank you.

Answer:The diffuser used on the Tweco Fusion 180 MIG Gun 1017-1332 is part of the goose neck tube and is not replaceable without replacing the entire tube.. You can install a standard Tweco Mini Mig gun on the 181i but you will also need the 2060-2141 trigger cable
