Will this be suitable as a smaller gun for a Millermatic 350P. I need something more versatile than the big gun it came with.
    1 Answer
Yes, the Bernard MIG Gun - 150 amp Q-Gun Q1510AB8BM could be used as a smaller MIG Gun option as long as you run the machine on 150 amps or less. You can also install any Miller M style mig gun on the Millermatic 350P MIG Welder 907300..The Miller M-100 gun is the smallest however it is only rated at 100amps..As long as you run the 350p at 100 amps or less this gun will work for you.. The same holds true for the M-150 mig gun which is a little larger than the M-100 and is rated at 150 amps. The M-25 gun will also work however it is not much smaller than the gun that comes on the 350P.

    1 Answer

The plastic housing on the back end of the Q150 is slightly larger than that used on the M style guns originally used on these machines and may not have enough clearance for the Q-150 to seat properly

I have a Miller 211 and would like to get a 15 foot version of this gun. Do you carry this and what would the price be? Part number? Thank you!
    1 Answer
You can install the 10 ft version of the Bernard MIG Gun - 150 amp Q-Gun Q1510AB8BM on your Millermatic 211.. Miller does not recommend installing a 15ft gun on this model. The extra gun length can over load the wire drive system and cause wire feed problems and shorten the life of the wire drive motor.

If I buy the Q1510 gun will I have to buy modifications to use new consumables in the future? How long can I expect to find q series consumables? This looks like a great deal on a great gun, but not if it is not supportable in he long term.

    Excellent
If you have a Millermatic 211 or similar size Miller machines, then you need this gun.
The gun that Miller sends from the factory for it's smaller machines is very light duty.
If you are doing any welding in the 1/4 - 3/8 thickness range then this gun is a must
have. This gun uses the Bernard Center Fire Consumables. The contact tips are very
and long lasting. Get this Mig gun, you won't be sorry. For under $200.00 it's a no brainer.
ProsDirect plug in for Miller connections. No adapters required.
ConsSome people complain about the 10 foot length. I find that unless you are trying to build battle ships in you're home workshop, than the length is just fine.

If you have a Miller 211, get this gun!
Mainly just a lurker, but this gun is worth the money. Was welding the waterbed on a cnc plasma build, and the gun that came with 211 just kept overheating, wire would barely feed through after a while, and while I know that it's a hobby machine, this gun makes it more than that. If your frustrated with your machine at all, do it. Game changer.
ProsMuch smoother feed, better gas coverage, doesn't heat up too bad
Consa lil heavier than the previous one

    Good light gun
I like these because of the consumables, they last far longer with less fiddling. Had to return this one but Cyberweld promply sent another so 5 stars to Cyberweld. I wish they were continuing to make these, I can't follow the silly selection process Bernard now has. Also best price on the web.

    Great gun!
Bought this a few weeks ago to use in place of the huge Miller GA-20C on my faithful old Millermatic 200. Most of my work does not need the 200 A capacity of the old gun. This is a GREAT deal on a great gun. Light, easy to hold and operate. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a top quality light gun. 5 stars!
ProsLight, good form for holding, excellent quality
ConsOnly my poor decision for waiting so long to buy this!

Having happily used the 400amp version of this gun for several years I was pleased to see this gun had the same quality of built at much less weight and size. Plus it uses the same stock of contact tips I already have from my 400 Q gun
