    Sleeves Needs to be Longer
The Sleeve's need to be a bit longer, they need to go father up over the elbow. right now at there current lenght they slide down the arm easiley. about 3 more inches would do.

    Sleeves in class
Used for 4 weeks they work but too short and the bottom side is already getting fuzzy. And don't even think of using stick with these, 2g cap and slag burned through top layer and blistered my arm running 7018

    No more burnt forearms
Lightweight protection. Love them. Do a lot of overhead welding. Piping and now my forearms are safe. My shoulders don't get tire because of a stiff or heavy leather jacket.

not what i thought they would be
I bought these to wear while tig welding . They aren't long enough to wear with just a t shirt. They are nice if you are leaning on something hot but sweat breaks them down.
    ProsHeat protection
ConsToo short Breaks down with sweat

    BSX Kevlar Sleeves
These things rock, I was frequently getting slag between my jacket sleeves and falling into my gloves and burning my palm. Slag no longer gets through
Proseverything, and I am not getting burned

    Not a fan
The items are fine products but I don't find them a goto item when I begin welding. No problem with quality. I do not have much welding experience so it may be prudent to ask people who have used many type of protection.
ProsThey are 'as advertised' forearm protection
Consmaterial stretched out of shape quickly

    Decent sleeves
Used the sleeves for both SMAW and GMAW. They were very good. Had some burn holes when used with SMAW, but thats on me for the way I have my machine set up.
Prosslim design, doesnt make arms bulky. more mobility. good price.
Constoo short. 18 inches just not enough. needs to be about 20-22..shortens over time. not one size. people are too different to have one size

protection for your arms without the heat of a jacket
These are great for use in hot weather as well as cold . Could be a little longer in the length but does keep the sparks from burning my arms

    Good protection
These are 18" end to end and they shrink when stretched over your arms. On my 13" forearms they shrunk down to 15" and only got up to my elbow. I TIG in t-shirts and was hoping these would prevent the arc burn I sometimes get on the inside of my elbows but they where too short and left a gap of exposed skin between it and my t-shirt sleeve. Something to keep in mind if you're a bigger guy.
ProsSnug fit is comfortable and black color keeps them looking good even if they're dirty.
ConsA little too short for me
