So Far So Good

I have only had these for a couple of weeks and they do their job well. They are a little stiff but as time has gone by, they have loosened up. I will update when I have more use on them.

Not comfortable at all for over a few mins at a time, but the brand has been good to me, I will simply refrain from this particular gloves set. I associate cost with quality, but the welding world is not like the deejaying world.

Strong, durable. Hard to grip or grab anything. Extremely discomfortable and will cause hands to hurt for up to a few hours after using them, but if protection is key, I would recommend them for heavier duty applications.

I love the BSX gloves. I have average sized hands and go with a medium. They are tight when I first get them new but after a little use they fit snug allowing me to still use my hands to grab tools or hardware with the gloves still on rather then constantly on and off. These offer a lot more padding and protection than some of the other gloves out there in my opinion.

This is my first pair of mig welding gloves and I couldn't be happier. Everything described was exactly what I got with a great price. I am a new welder and the first time that I used them I learned the hard way about hot metal and why quality protective gear is a must. I placed my hand on a piece that was very hot and the glove protected my finger. I did not get burned but I needed to get the glove off. Nice product and I will buy another set when these wear out.

Soft comfortable leather and while maintaining dexterity. The gloves are great but I need to learn quicker about hot metal.

I honestly dont know much about welding gloves as I have only worn a few different ones
however having said that these gloves are very comfortable and are the most comfortable gloves I have worn of bigger style gloves. I personally like to wear smaller gloves like mechanic gloves as i have more feel and they aren't as bulky. but these gloves are very nice and dont bother me as much as other ones in the past have. I would say to try them out as it's only $20 can't really lose at that price point in my opinion. I like them so far

price is good they are comfortable look cool seem like they will last a while. time will tell none that I can think of

I have bought three pairs of these gloves so far, and will probably keep buying them as needed.
Yes, the stitching fails eventually, can't be helped and they are work gloves. But, in the three or four months use i get out of a pair, I have to say I really like them. They stick to your fingers without being overly thick, you can pick up thin and small items with no real problem. They give you excellent protection all-around from the omnipresent hot chunk of steel you have to pick up, to the massive shower of sparks from grinding off some offending screw-up. I always buy a shield for my off-hand as well, I recommend that too.

I weld with 1/16 inch FCAW at work, and these gloves blew out on the side of the finger after a week. I lost another finger after 2 weeks. They are comfortable but they can't handle the heavy use that 1/16 inch; flux core wire puts gloves through.

I found the gloves very comfortable, but due to being new at welding (I'm in school right now and just started) I find myself gripping things too tightly (partly due to nervousness, partly due to not being able to feel what I'm holding as well with gloves on). With the snugger fit and the thicker leather, this made my hands even more sore so I've gone back to the larger cowhide gloves I got from the school. I still have these gloves and will go back to them once I've gotten more used to working with gloves on as they really are very comfortable (and my size so there's no flapping extra leather at the finger tips).

The BSX mig stick gloves are a heavy duty mig glove that should last a production mig welder at least 6 months to a year. They are not as flexable as the miller high end mig glove but offer more heat protection. Personally I like them millers better as they are lighter and easyer to work with.
