Miller® Syncrowave® 210 TIG Package 907596

The Miller® Syncrowave® 210 is a 210 amp complete AC/DC TIG welding package capable of TIG welding aluminum. The Syncrowave's inverter technology allows for Constant Current (CC) welding output for AC/DC TIG, Pulsed TIG and stick welding. Miller's Auto-Line power management system allows the Syncrowave 210 to operate on either 115 Volt or 230 Volt single-phase input power. The 210 is capable of 210 amps of AC/DC TIG welding power using 230 Volt input and up to 150 amps of Stick welding output.

  • TIG (GTAW)
  • Stick (SMAW)
  • Pulsed TIG (GTAW-P)

    Light Metal Fabrication
    Maintenance/Repair Operations
    Light Manufacturing
    Automotive Repair
    Vocational Training

  • Superior AC/DC TIG Performance Advanced inverter technology allows for outstanding CC TIG and Stick welding output.
  • Pro-Set™ feature (professional settings) eliminates the guesswork when setting weld parameters. Use Pro-Set when you want the speed, convenience and confidence of pre-set controls. Simply select the feature and adjust until Pro-Set appears on the display.
  • Squarewave output with AC balance control features adjustable oxide cleaning which is essential for creating the highest quality aluminum welds.
  • Pulse control enhances weld bead and puddle control for improved appearance and quality. Use it to reduce burn through, coordinate the addition of filler material, and reduce the warping effects of distortion by reducing the average heat input.
  • Fan-On-Demand™ improves power efficiency and reduces noise and maintenance by decreasing the amount of airborne contaminants pulled though the machine.
  • DIG control allows the arc characteristics to be changed for specific applications and electrodes. Lower the DIG setting for smooth running electrodes like E7018 and increase the DIG setting for stiffer, more penetrating electrodes like E6010.
  • Multi-voltage plug (MVP™) allows connection to 115 or 230 V receptacles without tools
  • AUTO-LINE™ Allows 115 V and 230 V input voltage hookups.
  • Upgradeable and expandable. Front panel memory card data port provides the ability to easily upgrade software and expand product features. Visit MillerWelds.com/TIGSoftware for the latest software upgrades and expansions.
  • Auto-Postflow protects the weld end zone and electrode by optimizing postflow time based on welding amperage for adequate shielding every time without waste and no need for adjustment.
  • Low power draw. Inverter-based power source provides full welding output from 230 V while drawing less than 30 amps.
  • High frequency for non-contact arc starting. Eliminates tungsten and material contamination.

    Comes complete with
  • Syncrowave 210 TIG welder with 10-ft. (3 m) primary cord and MVP™ plugs for 115 V and 230 V
  • 12-ft. (3.8 m), 150-amp TIG torch with Dinse connector (#WP1712MFDI50)

Can a water cooler be used with this welder? Thank you.
    1 Answer
You can install a water cooled tig torch system on the Miller Syncrowave 210. You will need a WP 20 style water cooled tig torch. A Miller 195380 tig torch adapter plus a Welcraft 11n17 connector.. You will also need a water cooler.. There are several types to choose from you can go here to see them http://store.cyberweld.com/watcoolsys.html

    First Tig Welder
    January 20, 2020
Being that this is the first tig welder I have ever used, it was very intuitive on setting up and operating. Only had the chance to utilize on DC tig welding carbon steel. Unit came very well packaged and protected, took about an hour to unpack and get set up. Looking forward to trying this out on aluminum as that is what I bought the machine mainly for.
ProsUnit was very easy to setup and controls are intuitive.
ConsOnly comes with a single tig torch setup for 3/16 tungsten. Will need to invest in several other TIG Colletts, Collet Bodies, Gas Nozzles, and Tungsten electrodes to weld different thickness materials. Would recommend purchasing Weldcraft AK2C TIG Torch Accessory Kit.

This is a perfect welder for a person that likes to repair and restore cars. I used it to install frame connectors and a four link suspension in my 69 Firebird. It did the job no problem. Its easy to set up and with the dual electric plug you can go from 110V to 220V in a snap. It runs nice beads and is easy to control.
Pros110V and 220V. Easy to use. Easy to setup.
ConsSince the torch head is air cooled it gets hot after continues use. If you need to do a lot of welding I would recommend a water cooler for the torch.

I have been welding for 40 years, using the 250 syncro wave welder at work. I like this welder the 210 because its easy to get used to. the only thing I miss is the water cooled torch. Like all miller welders it's top quality.
    Proseasy to use
    Consno water cooled torch
