Miller® Thunderbolt® 160 DC Stick Welder 907721 comes with 120v and 230v mvp plugs, which allow you to unscrew and screw on the plug you need.

Miller Thunderbolt 160 DC Stick Welder 907721 does not come with any electrode. The machine will run any dc electrode depending on your application.

For the Miller Thunderbolt 160 DC Stick Welder 90772 Miller advises that you would need a 30 amp breaker. #10 wire would max out a 75 feet. If you were to go any longer, you would need to go to #8 wire.

Miller Thunderbolt 160 DC Stick Welder 907721 max output on 110v input is 80 amps. You would be able to run 80 amps at a 10% duty cycle or 65 amps at a 20% duty cycle running up to a total of 100 feet #4 cable.

Adding 10 or 15 feet to the lead/ground on the Miller Thunderbolt 160 DC Stick Welder 907721 will not affect the performance of the machine. If you were to go over 100 total feet you would need to upgrade the cable.
