The Miller® Trailblazer® 302 Air Pak™ with Air Cooler/Water Separator, GFCI and Electric Fuel Pump is a 300 amp gasoline engine driven welder/13,000 watt generator with an integrated rotary screw air compressor. It is a powerful all-in-one tool that is designed for repair and construction with unbeatable multiprocess weld quality. The Trailblazer Air Pak's integrated rotary screw air compressor produces 31 CFM of air at 100% duty cycle with a range of 80 to 160 PSIG; all with no storage tank. The air cooler with water separator separator comes already installed and reduces compressed air temperature, while removing up to 70 percent of moisture from the air supply. It is designed for use in ambient air temperatures above 32 degrees F (0 degrees C). The cooler/separator can be bypassed when air temperatures go below freezing.
The Trailblazer 302 Air Pak supplies a full 13,000 peak watts and 11,000 continuous watts of pure, four pole AC generator power. Auxiliary power is completely independent, which means you have full generator power even while welding. The Trailblazer Air Pak also comes standard with battery charge/crank assist for charging 12 volt or 24 volt batteries or for up to 450 amps of jump start power. Battery charge/cranks assist controls are conveniently located on the front panel. (Charging cables NOT included).
The model comes standard with two - 120 volt duplex receptacles with Ground Fault Circuit Interruption (GFCI) and an electric fuel pump. The electric fuel pump provides reliable starts and smooth engine function when operating above 5,000 feet above sea level.

Effective when temperatures are above freezing (this is also when the most moisture is in the air). Below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 C) the separator can freeze. If this happens, bypass the cooler/separator system and continue air operations without drying it
