will tis unit work with a cnc table
The Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 152 Plasma Cutter 1-1730-1 can be made to work with a CNC table.. In order to do this you will need these additional Thermal Dynamics items......Automation Interface Kit 9-8311 ( $229.00)...
25ft CNC cable 9-1008 ($87.74)... Automation Torch 7-4001 (707.00).. We do not stock these items they would have to be special ordered.

I HAVE A MILLER 800 DUO AIR PAC AND THE 3-PHASE POWER IS 240 V 50 A, WILL THIS 152 PLASMA CUTTER RUN FULL POWER OFF IT?? THANK YOU DENNIS
We have discussed your questions with both Miller and Thermal Dynamics. The 800 Duo Air Pak will produce 27kw peak or 20kw continuous on three phase. The Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 152 Plasma Cutter 1-1730-1 will require 22.5 kw on 240 3 phase. Basically the Cutmaster can be run off of the 800 Duo however you will not be able to run it at maximum capacity

How big of a breaker do I need to operate to full capability.
Depending on what input voltage you plan on running the Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 152 Plasma Cutter 1-1730-1 at the amperage requirements will be different. If you run it on 230 volt 1phase the 152 will draw 120amps. At 230 volt 3phase it will draw 56 amps and on 460 volt 3phase it will draw 37 amps

work well on sheet metal?
The Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 152 Plasma Cutter 1-1730-1 can be used on sheet metal.. However to get the best cut you should use a lower amperage tip to match the thick ness of the material you are cutting and then adjust the output of the machine to match the material
