Genuine 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ 4 1/2" X 5/8-11" Type 27 Clean & Strip XT Pro Disc removes coatings, rust and light mill scale withough damaging the metal underneath. 3M Scotch-Brite's silicon carbide abrasive mineral is incorporated into an open nylon web that provides broad suface coverage and performs well on edges. The Clean & Strip XT Pro Disc is excellent for surface prep and can be used on all types of metal; including steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

The Clean & Strip XT Pro Disc has a depressed center with a quick-change threaded hub. Its forgiving nylon web removes more material with less effort than competitive abrasive wheels. It operates at 13,300 max RPM and is designed for use with right angle grinders.
