We have put our over 85 years of welding sales expertise online to provide you with the best Internet buying experience possible.

ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Standard Ground Residential and Commercial Shipping is free on orders over $99.00 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders totaling less than $99 will be charged a flat $9.99 shipping fee. Orders weighing less than 150 lbs will be shipped with FedEx or UPS Ground. Items weighing more than 150 lbs will be shipped via common freight carrier.

US Mail, APO & P.O. Box Shipments: US Mail shipments are available for PO Boxes only, and do not qualify for free freight. For orders under 20 lbs, shipping charges will be calculated in real time on your order, and your order will be shipped via Ground Advantage. If you choose US Mail with a physical address or your shipping charges do not calculate due to size and weight restrictions, we will contact you regarding additional shipping requirements.

Air/Express Shipments: Next Day, Second Day or Three Day Air, on orders weighing less than 150 lbs are calculated in real time on your order form. Charges for air shipments weighing more than 150 lbs will not be calculated in real time on your order and will be quoted separately via phone or email. Machines that weigh more than 150 lbs cannot be shipped via Air freight services. Batteries, magnets and full gas cylinders CANNOT be shipped via air.

Alaska or Hawaii Shipments:
AIR UNDER 150 lbs. - do not qualify for free freight, and your shipping options and fees will be calculated in real time on your order form. If your fees do not calculate due to size/weight restrictions, we will contact you with more information.

Puerto Rico Shipments: Orders shipping to Puerto Rico must be shipped via US Mail and shipping fees will be calculated in real time. If your fees do not calculate, we will contact you with your options and fees.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Cyberweld will ship to an address other than your credit card's billing address. All orders that are shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address are subject to further proof of identity requirements. Cyberweld reserves the right to request a faxed copy of your government issued driver's license AND a faxed copy of your physical credit card. All orders shipping to an address other than your billing address are subject to hold, pending identity verification. Cyberweld will never ask you to email proof-of-identity.

Cyberweld does not allow for re-routing of shipments already in transit or for pick-up at the shipping carriers terminal. All orders must be delivered to the address originally specified on the order.

PAYPAL Customers - Cyberweld will ship to PayPal verified addresses ONLY. All requests for address changes will be denied due to Paypal merchant compliance.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES CYBERWELD ACCEPT?

Online payment is by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay,Google Pay, Venmo. Cyberweld requires both a billing address & CVV Code verification in order to accept a credit card. Cyberweld also offers financing options from Clicklease, Affirm, and Paypal Financing. No C.O.D. orders or "purchase orders" are accepted.

Orders may be paid in advance without a credit card by phoning the order in and then sending a wire transfer or U.S. Postal Service Money Order for the full amount of your order. Orders paid by money order will be held for 3 business days after receiving the payment. The mailing address for all payments is:

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE ON THE CYBERWELD CHECKOUT PAGE?

Cyberweld is a Shopify store. We use all of Shopify continuously upgraded encryption and security software in our online order system.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL/PHONE CALL FROM CYBERWELD TO "CONFIRM" MY ORDER?

All Cyberweld orders (both phone and online) are subject to a fraud verification check. You may receive an email or phone call from a Cyberweld Fraud Specialist asking to confirm your order. This is standard practice by Cyberweld due to the high number of fraudulent transactions that come through our website. We do our best to clear orders for shipment with as little delay as possible, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

CAN I FINANCE MY PURCHASE THROUGH CYBERWELD?

Yes, you may finance your purchase by choosing PayPal's "Bill Me Later" option at check out, or by choosing the option for Affirm, Clicklease, or Miller Financing on the product page.  Click below for details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders will be delivered to your location within 3-7 business days via standard ground shipment. Orders placed online will receive email shipping and tracking information.

Air/Express orders: Next Day, 2Day, and 3Day Air orders placed before 1pm Eastern time will be shipped the same business day. Express orders placed after 1pm ET will be shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT business or shipping days.

Express and Ground delivery days are Monday-Friday only. Special arrangements may be made with Cyberweld by telephone if you require Saturday delivery.

Example: An order placed on Thursday at 3pm ET via Second Day Air will ship on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.

Money-Back Guarantees will apply according to the policy of the freight company. Delays caused by circumstances beyond freight co. control (weather delays, businesses that are closed, street closings, etc) will be excluded from the Money-Back Guarantee, and the package will be delivered as quickly as possible.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Cyberweld requires signature at the time of delivery ONLY on full cylinders and shipments delivered by LTL or common carrier. All other packages will be left at the front door at the delivery driver's discretion. You may request a Signature Required Delivery by entering a special request in the "Comments" section of our order form, or by making a special request by telephone before the order has shipped. Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages are subject to the full carrier claims process and may take up to 10 days.

Full Cylinders & Freight Deliveries (over 150 lbs): All FULL cylinders and freight deliveries will require a signature at the time of delivery. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Freight damage to all packages must be refused and Cyberweld must be contacted immediately. Deliveries made by common carrier (LTL freight) must be inspected both outside AND inside. Please check your machine thoroughly and refuse the delivery if there is any damage.

Cyberweld will not replace, issue credit, or accept return of any damaged machine delivered by common carrier (LTL) once it has been signed for and accepted. Accepting a freight/LTL delivery will be considered full acceptance of the equipment in the condition in which it was received.

Internal/concealed damage to a package delivered by UPS/FedEx (small package delivery, less than 80 lbs) must be reported to Cyberweld within 30 days of the date of delivery. Cyberweld will replace the equipment providing it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All items offered for sale on Cyberweld, with the exception of open boxes of filler metals, full cylinders, and respirators, are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. Delivery date will be determined by the freight carrier's tracking report. All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. Any items returned without a written "Return Goods Authorization" or that are not in brand new, sellable condition are subject to a restocking fee or refusal. All returns must have a Cyberweld-issued "Return Goods Authorization" number in order for credit to be given. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is damaged, altered, missing packaging or accessories or has written on or taped on contents. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Cyberweld. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return merchandise credit to be processed.

*Please note that ALL international orders are FINAL SALE! We cannot accept returns on merchandise once it leaves the United States.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Any problems or concerns that you may have with your order must be reported to Cyberweld no later than 30 calendar days after receiving your order. The number of days will begin with the date of delivery as reported by the freight carrier used by Cyberweld to ship your merchandise. All issues reported after 30 calendar days will be refused.

WHAT IF MY MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE?

The customer may contact Cyberweld about a defect within 30 days of receipt. The customer will have two choices:

(1)Take the defective machine to an Authorized Miller or Thermal Dynamics Service Facility for warranty repair

(2)Ship the machine back to Cyberweld in exchange for a new machine of the same model. The customer MUST have a Cyberweld-issued "Return Goods Authorization" number, the machine must be in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for any freight charges back to Cyberweld. A new machine will not be shipped until the malfunctioning machine is received and inspected by Cyberweld.

Machine defects detected after 30 days of original receipt must be repaired under the manufacturers factory warranty policy at an Authorized Miller, Lincoln, or ESAB repair facility. The customer is responsible for transporting his/her machine to and from the service facility.

WHAT IF MY WELDING MACHINE NEEDS REPAIR?

The Miller/Hobart True Blue warranty, Lincoln warranty  and the ESAB warranty will be honored at authorized Miller, Lincoln or ESAB repair facilities around the U.S. We will happily provide you with the repair facility nearest you.

DO YOU SELL USED EQUIPMENT?

All equipment featured on Cyberweld is factory-new. We do not sell any used or reconditioned products.

IS THERE SOMEONE I CAN TALK TO LIVE?

Yes, Cyberweld's phones are always answered by a live person during normal business hours. We may be reached by phone M-F 7:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time at (888) 328-9890.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
