Genuine Weiler® Tiger Aluminum Type 27, 36 grit flat flap disc with 5/8-11 nut is designed for high performance aluminum grinding. The #51256 features a paired flap design. Coated top flaps eliminate loading and maintain a high cut-rate while alternating flaps with self-sharpening zirconia aluminum grains remove material at aggressive rates.

The Type 27 flat disc shape is suited for blending flap seams and grinding at lower angles. 36 grit grain is perfect for beveling, chamfering, weld removal and stock removal with a right angle grinder. The #51256 flap disc offers a 5/8"-11 nut that allows for quick changeover and prevents sticking to the spindle.
