11 lb. Spool - Washington Alloy® ER316L MIG welding wire is a stainless steel alloy with a .02% carbon content. The lower carbon content, when compared to plain ER316, provides excellent intergranular corrosion resistance caused by carbide precipitation.

Washington Alloy ER308L may be used for MIG welding similar base metals of AISI types 316L, 318 and 319L that may be exposed to organic and inorganic acids..

Shielding Gas:

Helium (90%)/Argon (7.5%)/CO2 (2.5%) - for short circuit transfer

Argon (98%)/Oxygen (2%) - for spray transfer
