Genuine Speedglas™ Adflo™ PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator), with 9100 MP welding helmet and 9100XXi Auto-Darkening Filter, provides clean, easy breathing for up to 12 hours of welding. The Adflo blower assembly, with HE filter, removes harmful weld fume and other particulates associated with welding; including hexavalent chromium. The 9100 MP welding hood features an integrated ANSI Type 1 Class G hard hat. The 9100 MP also has a flip-up shell, and two independent air-flow controls that allow you to customize the distribution of purified air within the helmet. Air can be directed toward visor/face and top/sides in whatever combination provides you the most comfortable welding experience.
The 9100 MP with 9100XXi ADF offers Natural Color Technology and 12.08 square inches of viewing area. The entire front portion of the helmet flips up to reveal an integrated clear polycarbonate grinding shield with a 34 square inch viewing area. The 9100XXi lens also provides outstanding performance for all kinds of MIG, TIG and stick welding applications.
The Speedglas 9100 MP with 9100 XXi ADF has three arc sensors and operates in weld, cut and grind modes. It is rated for low amperage TIG welding down to 1 amp. Switching speed is 0.1 milliseconds. The 9100 MP auto darkening welding hood features shade 8-13 weld mode, shade 5 cut mode and shade 3.0 grind mode/light state.

Adflo™ PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator)
When used correctly, the 3M™ Adflo™ Assembly for 3M™ Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) helps protect against sparks, debris, and other particulates and delivers filtered air around the face and head.
The blower unit houses a prefilter, high-efficiency (HE) particulate filter, spark arrestor, and a lithium ion battery that can last up to 12 hours.
Adjustable airflow for additional user comfort with two flow rates of 170 and 200 litres per minute.
