Diamond Welding Lead Reel - Fixed Base Double Black 

The Diamond Fixed Base lead reel features two heavy duty reels that are capable of holding up to 125 - 200 feet of welding cable each (see size specifics below). All Diamond lead reels are made in the USA of powder coated steel. Reels are fully electrically isolated up to 600 amps and come with heavy duty manual friction brakes to keep welding cable from becoming uncoiled.

Welding Cable Capacity

  • 10 inch: 150 ft 1/0 welding cable, or 125 feet 2/0 welding cable (each reel)
  • 12 inch: 200 ft 1/0 welding cable, or 150 ft 2/0 welding cable (each reel)

  • Stays connected to the welder at all times.
  • Vented circle design allows for free air flow over your lead to aid in cooling.
  • Heavy-duty manual friction brake is adjustable, allows for adjustable tension and prevents free spooling of leads.
  • Locking pull pins secure cables while not in use.

    garbage reels

    Hello, I have these trash reels and they are the worst purchase I've ever made. The ground reel barely turns anymore, completely seized. Also both plastic retention pins have sheared off, almost causing a huge wreck. I hate them so much. Do you provide a rebuild kit so I can fix all the broken parts? Basically every part that moves. Thank youu

    Nice Reel

    Easy enough to install and works great. A little difficult to get the drag bolts adjusted correctly and the spring on the locks is really strong. I need to figure out a way to add leverage to pull it out and in.
