Diamond Welding Lead Reel - Fixed Base Side x Side 


The Diamond fixed base lead reel features two side by side heavy duty reels that are capable of holding up to 125 - 200 feet of welding cable each (see below for size specifics). All Diamond lead reels are made in the USA of powder coated steel. Reels are fully electrically isolated up to 600 amps and come with heavy duty manual friction brakes to keep welding cable from becoming uncoiled.

Welding Cable Capacity

  • 10 inch: 150 ft 1/0 welding cable, or 125 feet 2/0 welding cable (each reel)
  • 12 inch: 200 ft 1/0 welding cable, or 150 ft 2/0 welding cable (each reel)

    Needs reel locks

    Needs reel locks for the spools so they can’t free spool I understand it has the friction brakes I just don’t trust them driving down the highway

    Great product but 1 flaw

    Overall I am happy with the product. 1 flaw that I wished it came with, is a locking pin when traveling from job to job.

    No locking pin when traveling

    Looks well built, but I noticed on some models there a lock pin when traveling or rolled up, this one only has a friction brake, haven't used it yet but would have gave 5 stars if it had a locking pin like all the others I have seen.
