    Not a good reference. These cards are way too generalized. Settings are way too far in between. Wire diameter settings are totally inaccurate.

    Mig Welding Calculator

    Loaded with good info. These numbers are perfect if you are using a new machine, or a machine that is regularly calibrated. I was using a machine in a tech school setting, needless to say it needed several adjustments to produce the best results. This being said the calculator puts you in the ball park.
