Jackson® Welding Helmet - Stars & Scars Halo-X Insight® Auto-Darkening Lens 46101

Jackson® Stars & Scars Insight® auto-darkening welding helmet features variable shade 9-13 lens with digital controls. It has four arc sensors and can be set in weld mode or grind mode. The large 3.93" X 2.36" viewing area also comes standard with sensitivity and delay settings.

The Jackson Insight WH40 ADF has a two-year lens warranty. The Halo-X helmet shell comes complete with Jackson's industry-standard 370 headgear.

    Works well!

    Bought this helmet to replace a cheap one of that I bought that did not work when I got it. I like headgear that comes in it, and the shader works perfect. The hood is a little flimsy, but that really doesn't matter because it does what it's designed to do. After a week of use, I can say that I have no regrets about buying it. Cyberweld did a great job of getting it to me in a reasonable time.

    Bad Buy

    Don't buy this helmet. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that when my first lens stopped working, customer service got me a new one which was outstanding. I guarantee my eyes are worse off from using this helmet. The lens is very sketchy. As you look across the lens while you're welding you can see a variance in the shade. At first I thought it';d be fine. But I've seen a dramatic difference in my eyesight in the last year and I'm almost certain it's because this helmet has been letting in too much light at some parts of the lens. It's just cheap for a reason. Spend an extra 100 dollars and get the Miller Digital Elite. Millers headgear is much more comfortable and it's a high quality lens. Don't waste your money on this helmet.

    Great welding hood

    Got the hood today. Clarity is amazing. Super lightweight and graphics are awesome. I weld everyday as a professional, and couldn't be happier with purchase.
