Miller® MDX-100 MIG Gun w/AccuLock™ Consumables - .030/.035, 10 ft. 1770028

Genuine Miller® MDX-100 10 foot MIG gun features long-life AccuLock™ consumables and is a direct replacement for the Miller M-100 MIG gun. It is compatible with Miller Millermatic® 141, 211 and Multimatic™ 215 & 220 welders. The MDX-100 has an ergonomically designed handle with rear swivel and cable strain relief. It is rated at 100 amps at 100% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. The MDX-100 comes ready to feed .030-.035 diameter MIG welding wire.

  • Durable, ergonomic handle - Durable handle features rubber overmolding for improved grip and rear swivel to reduce welder fatigue.



  • Superior AccuLock™ wire feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter no measuring required!
  • Long-life consumables - Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.

      So much Better!

      Old Gun worked ok. I had the same problem as everyone else with the brass nozzle bushing sliding up into the nozzle.

      Now the Good- the new nozzle assembly distributes the gas so much better than the old design. Now i can lower the gas pressure at the correct pressure or even lower than i could before. Welds are SO much better.
