Miller® FILTAIR® Purifier Welding Fume Extraction System (230V, 3-Phase)
The Miller® FILTAIR® Purifier (230V) is a 7,000 CFM welding fume extraction system that comes complete with 8 MERV 15 filter cartridges. The FILTAIR Purifier is a stand-alone system that is designed to improve shop air without the need of expensive ductwork. It draws dirty air into the top of the unit, passes it through the MERV 15 filtration cartridges and discharges clean air out of the bottom of the system. The Purifier not only cleans shop air, it improves air circulation shop-wide.
Miller's exclusive FilTek™ XL Filters remove up to 95% of weld fume and are capable of removing the smallest of weld fume particulates. The FILTAIR Purifier moves up to 85% more air than other fume extraction solutions with a similar footprint. The 8 MERV 15 filter cartridges provide 2,032 sq. ft. of filter media surace area while cleaning up to 7,000 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of shop air. The FilTek XL filters are self-cleaning, with a simple reverse flow of pulsed compressed air. When cartirdges do need to be replaced, filter changeout is accomplished quickly, without the use of tools. A large, removdable dust bin collects particulates for easy disposal.
