Miller® Spoolmate™ 200 MIG Spoolgun 300497

Genuine Miller® Spoolmate™ 200 MIG Spoolgun is a 160 amp, 60% duty cycle MIG spool gun with 20 ft. leads. The Spoolmate 200 is highly reliable and provides excellent feeding of aluminum MIG welding wire. It weighs only 11 pounds (including the 20 ft gun cable) and comes standard with heavy-duty gun barrel and strain relief.

    Features
  • Light Industrial spool gun rated at 160 amps at 60% duty cycle. Ideal for welding with .023 - .035 wires.
  • 20 ft direct-connect cable with heavy-duty strain relief provides extended reach and accessibility to your work.
  • Wire speed adjustment located on the gun handle allows the user to conveniently change wire speed directly from the spool gun. Saves time by eliminating the need to walk back to the welding machine to change the wire feed settings.
  • Easy access to drive assembly reduces service time by allowing easy access to drive rolls or performing routine maintenance without disassembly of gun.
  • Built-in gas valve eliminates the need to purge long gas lines.
  • Gas lines routed internally means that the gas line won't get in the way of the work.
  • Hinged wire spool cover makes it easy to access wire compartment.
  • Pressure lever for easy loading and unloading of wire.
  • Adjustable drive roll tension for feeding different types of wire.
  • Comes standard with heavy duty barrel.

      Quality and easy to use

      I have 0 experience welding and have started with the Millerite 200 it's making the learning curve much easier. I highly recommend this spool gun.

      SPOOLMATE 200

      I HAVE NEVER WELDED ALUMINUM BUT I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HOW THIS GUN PERFORMS. ONCE I LEARNED HOW TO SET PROPER HEAT AND FEED I WAS ABLE TO WELD VARIOUS ITEMS TO MY SATISFACTION. THIS WAS A GOOD PURCHASE FOR ME . I GOT TIRED OF PAYING WELDERS AND DOWN TIME WAITING ON THEM. I HAVE MORE THAN PAID FOR THIS GUN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
