AERO JET Air/Acetylene High Temperature Torch Tip (Quick Disconnect) AJ2-T
The AERO JET AJ2-T is a "Made in the USA," extra-fine flame high temperature torch tip for soldering and brazing with acetylene fuel gas. The AJ2-T torch tip is made of stainless steel and brass construction and produces a 2,700 degree working-temperature flame, without the use of an oxygen tank. It features a quick-connect fitting that is compatible with AERO, TurboTorch® and other major brands of air/acetylene quick-disconnect torch handles. The tip's "O" ring is color-coded red for acetytlene gas.
The AJ2-T is capable of soft soldering up to 1/2" (12.7mm) diameter copper and silver brazing up to 1/4" (6.35mm) diameter copper using acetylene fuel gas.
