AERO JET Air/Acetylene High Temperature Torch Tip (Quick Disconnect) AJ7-T
The AERO JET AJ7-T is a "Made in the USA," super heavy flame high temperature torch tip for soldering and brazing with acetylene fuel gas. The AJ7-T torch tip is made of brass construction and produces a 2,700 degree working-temperature flame, without the use of an oxygen tank. It features a quick-connect fitting that is compatible with AERO, TurboTorch® and other major brands of air/acetylene quick-disconnect torch handles. The tip's "O" ring is color-coded red for acetytlene gas.
The AJ7-T is capable of soft soldering up to 6" (152.4mm) diameter copper and silver brazing up to 3" (76.2mm) diameter copper using acetylene fuel gas.
NOTE: Due to its large flame size, the AJ7-T is recommended for use with acetylene cylinders larger than 75 cubic feet.
