    Backup stick welder
I bought this welder to keep from hauling my Bobcat 250 on field jobs. It works great. I am totally satisfied with the power and quality for the price. I paired it with a 4,000 watt generator and it was all I needed for the field welding jobs and projects I have.

Nice little machine. I'm not a welder I just burn rods up trying to learn at home on various projects. I do enjoy it and I believe this machine will serve me well. It's a little less than 20 lbs! I have it hooked up to 240 AC and it purrs like a kitten.

Good buy for me and good service from Cyberweld.
    ProsLight and powerful.

good welder with a good price
While have not used this welder for any repairs yet, we tried some practice welds with 1/16 6013 and 1/8 7014 rod. Have not welded with DC for some time, we were impressed with the steady arc and ability to weld with 1/16 rod. welded with the 1/8 rod even on 120 volts. Love the portability and hope to get good use out of this welder.

    Excellent little welder
Put cable clamp and rod holder on wires, and running on 120 volts ran some 1/16 6013, some 5/64 6013 and some 1/8 6011. Have not stick welded in a few years. Made nice welds with no sticking. Having 220 volt plug installed and can't wait to make some projects. First a welding table.

Great capability in a small package
Bought this for the ability to weld just about anywhere without lugging my much larger (Thunderbolt, Trailblazer) and more expensive welders around. Just an amazing little welder. So small and light, and welds great. First ran 1/16" and 3/32" 6011, 6013, 7014 on 120 volts. Nice arc quality on all 3; great starts. Didn't have any small diameter 7018 to try. Tried some I/8" 6011 and 6013--works but requires attention to maintain the arc. Probably would not do that in the course of normal work. Switched to 240 volts; ran 1/8 in each kind of rod very nicely, as well as 7018. Capability for the price is excellent, and backed by a real warranty from Hobart though it is Chinese. And when someone wants to borrow a welder, I feel much better loaning a $350 machine as opposed to my $3500 Dynasty 200.

As usual, superb service from Cyberweld on this purchase.
