Great lens, not so great hood
    October 17, 2018
The lens is a bit heavy but great for viewing angles. Great lens. On the other hand the hood itself is very flimsy. I guess they took material out of the hood to make it as light as possible. The head gear is very comfortable but..... the locks that hold the hood in the up position are flimsy and when I bend over the hood falls unless you have the side knobs so tight that you can't move the hood. This was fixed by putting some heat shrink on the nubs that hold it up. Still the side knobs constantly loosen and will not keep tension. Finally after 20 hours of use one of the side knobs cracked in half. I contacted Kimberly Clark warranty department and they are sending new head gear to me. Customer support was great but it is funny that the person I spoke to had never heard of Miller welding products. I will say it is a good hood but you need to know what you are getting.
    ProsLens, head gear is comfortable
ConsFlimsy hood. Poor design on hood to head gear parts.

    Best hood ever!
    May 31, 2017
Bought this to replace a Miller digital that was starting to show its age. I'm a Maintenance Mechanic at a sand mine, which involves a lot of out of position, and outdoor welding. This hood has the best view of any hood I've ever used or tried. The clarity with the truesight II is unbelievable. I was able to drop a shade even when I started using it! I would highly recommend this hood to anyone looking for the best possible view when welding.

Cyberweld is a great company to deal with. I called prior to my purchase with some questions about the Jackson Truesight II. My questions were answered, and I am very pleased with the clarity and vision of view this helmet offers. Head - gear is easy to fit and holds in place.
