ARE THESE COVERS BIG ENOUGH TO GO OVER A TREGASSGAS WELDING GUN LEAD.

The Tillman Leather Torch Leads Cover 581 has an inside diameter of approx. 1 ".. If you gun cable is less than this it would fit

Very pleased, but then again, I always am with Tillman products. Length is true to description, snaps are of solid quality. Thickness of leather seems to be getting thinner these days, but still provides adequate protection for TIG leads or whatever else you are trying to cover.

This leather hose cover was the exact length for my Miller TIG torch hose. I added a tie wrap to hold the cover securely at both ends of the hose. At this price you can't afford to not protect your expensive hoses.

The Tillman torch lead covers are great. The snaps on the leather allow you to bundle the ground cable along with the lead and kick it out the side mid way, Velcro and zipper styles I had to cut holes in the covers and feed everything through. This is much easier, definitely recommend.

I needed to protect the torch lead on my new plasma cutter. This cover is exactly the right size. It fit perfectly. I think I have a new go-to for my welding needs.

Bulky

This thing is bulky, and when you put it on your torch hose, it somewhat restricts movement. Also, it has to be removed before my xt40 torch can go back into the case. Kind of a pain in the butt...but I do give it 3 stars because after all, I don't want to have to buy another $400 torch!

Does what it is supposed to do Bulky and has to be removed to put torch back into case.

Nice leather

I got this for my Miller spectrum 875 with a 25' torch. The leather is nice, the snaps work great, the length is a little long, but I just scrunched it up a little the whole way and it worked great. One thing on the end, because the taper of the spring on the torch it tends to slide down a few inches. Easy fix, I put two zip ties just under the first snap, and no more problem.

Great lead cover

Does exactly what it is supposed to at a great price. Only gripe is that its tan instead of black but a week in the shop will have that changed real quick. If you are wanting to protect those expensive leads, don't hesitate to get this cover.
