I purchased this on a whim to replace a miller headgear that was just awful (miller digital infinity). much to my surprise it fits with absolutely no issue or modification needed. so if you have a miller hood this headgrear is a suitable replacement for the original equipment.
comfortable
easily adjustable (marked numbers on the straps make repeatability for sizing and resizing )
soft pad on the back of the head doesn't have any hot spots (for me at least)
straps tend to grab or snag on my hair occasionally
