Miller advises Hobart H100S2-10 MIG Gun 245924 would be the replacement gun for the Auto Arc XLT 142. If you wish to change the liner to a .023 liner, you can use Miller MIG Gun Liner .023-.025 194010

The Miller M-100 MIG Gun 248282 will not work on a Milermatic 35. Miller no longer lists a replacement mig gun for your machine.You should contact Tweco an see if they offer Miller to Tweco adapter which would allow you to install a Tweco mig gun on your machine

The Miller M-100 MIG Gun 248282 is the correct replacement gun for your Millermatic 140.. Miller does not recommend installing a longer gun on this model . The extra length gun will overload the capabilities of the drive motor and cause it to fail early.

The Miller M-100 MIG Gun 248282 would not be the correct replacement gun for your Hobart Handler 140.. When this machine was made it was built with H-10 gun which basically was a Miller M-10 gun with a backend that was compatible with the Hobart machine.. The replacement gun for you machine is the Hobart H100S2-10 MIG Gun 245924

The Miller M-100 MIG Gun 248282 is available only in a 10 ft version.. If you need a 15ft gun you can use a M-150 gun Part # 249041.. The M-150 is a little more heavy duty and is rated at 150 amps

The Miller M-100 MIG Gun 248282 (Formerly M-10) will fit your Challenger 172.. However the 172 originally came equipped with a Miller M15 gun which has a higher amperage rating than the M-100.. The miller M-150 gun would be a better choice..
