Unlike most ceramic grinding abrasives, the 3M Cubitron 3 re-engineered grain stays sharp for the life of the wheel. Sharper abrasives result in increased speed, reduced heat input and dramatically lower labor costs.
The 3M Cubitron 3 depressed center grinding wheel is ideal for grinding and weld removal on all types of steel and stainless steel. It features grade 36+ (36 grit) abrasive material that removes more metal and stays cooler than competitive wheels. This Type 27, depressed center grinding wheel comes complete with a 5/8-11 Quick-Change hub. It operates at 13,300 max RPM.
