3M™ Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator Assembly 7500 Series

Genuine 3M™ 7500 Series half facepiece reusable respirator is made with advanced silicon material to provide a soft, comfortable seal. The 7500 Series features Cool Flow™ Valve that allows exhaled air to quickly and easily exit the respirator. This results in easier breathing and cooler temperatures inside the respirator. When paired with a set of OPTIONAL 3M™ P100 filter cartridges, the 3M™ 7500 Series respirator is ideal for welding applications.

The 3M™ 7500 series respirator comes with a fully adjustable head cradle. The dual mode head harness allows the respirator to easily be worn in either traditional or "drop down" mode.

Features

  • 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve - New valve design with bottom discharge helps make breathing easier, and helps reduce heat and moisture buildup in the facepiece. Helps prevent fogging inside your welding helmet or face shield.
  • The Cool Flow valve opens easier. The 7500 Series has measurably lower exhalation breathing resistance at all work levels tested.
  • Durable and heat-resistant
    Made from soft, resilient silicone and heat-resistant plastics.
    Yoke will not get hot to the touch like metal yokes.
  • New Soft Seal Design
    Advanced silicone material provides a softer feel on the face.
    Unique adjustment design helps reduce tension and pressure points on the face for unsurpassed comfort.
  • Dual-mode head harness - Unique head harness design adjusts easily so user has the option of wearing the respirator in either traditional or drop-down mode.

    Best Respirator for Pipeliner Hood

    If you are looking for a respirator that will fit under a pipeliner hood and not fog up your lens while welding, look no further. This respirator is more comfortable and provides a better seal than the others I've tried (Miller, 3m Economy)

    EXCELLENT RESPIRATOR

    I was looking for a respirator to wear while welding and cutting steel that addressed some issues that my other respirator had, and this 3M 7500 series is doing an excellent job of that. I like the fact that your exhaled breath is directed downward to keep from fogging up your face shield and helmet during cold weather, and the mask seems to seal very well around my face. It is, however, not perfect for someone with glasses, but that may be in part due to the size that I ordered. I choose the medium, 7502, and the small 7500 may have been a better fit for me, I'm not sure. Although the respirator with the filters installed looks bulky, it actually fits well under my face shield and welding helmet with no clearance issues at all. The only other area I would like to see changed is with the plastic head cradle. It works very well until you put your helmet or face shield on over it, and then it slowly becomes uncomfortable as the other head gear pushes down upon it.

    very comfortable respirator my face doesn't sweat very much at all and I weld indoors inside a hooper with no moving air
