AERO JET Air/Acetylene Self-Lighting High Temperature Torch Tip (Quick Disconnect) AJ3SL
The AERO JET AJ3SL is a "Made in the USA," self-lighting, fine flame high temperature torch tip for soldering and brazing with acetylene fuel gas. Its integrated self-lighting trigger allows you to get to work quickly, without the need of a separate spark lighter. The AJ3SL torch tip is made of stainless steel and brass construction and produces a 2,700 degree working-temperature flame, without the use of an oxygen tank. It features a quick-connect fitting that is compatible with AERO, TurboTorch® and other major brands of air/acetylene quick-disconnect torch handles. The tip's "O" ring is color-coded red for acetytlene gas.
The AJ3SL is capable of soft soldering up to 3/4" (19.7mm) diameter copper and silver brazing up to 1/2" (12.7mm) diameter copper using acetylene fuel gas.
