Black Stallion® FR Wrap Around Welding Helmet Bib AH2140-NS

The Black Stallion® FR wrap around welding helmet bib is made from 7 ounce, double layer fire resistant cotton and clips onto the front of most welding hoods. Extended length and width of the AH2140-NS adds upper chest and neck protection against welding sparks and UV rays. It also helps reduce glare from welding arc and other unwanted light sources. Double layer, fully reversible design exposes either navy blue or stone khaki color for added heat reflection.

      Great Bibs

      CyberWeld Bibs

      Actually I Purchased 2=Bibs. One for the lower part of the helmet and the other (modified) for the helmet's top edge.

      The top bib is modified with an Ebay FR Denim Welding Sleeve that I sewed onto the bib to keep as much light out as possible from coming in the top part of the helmet. Seems to be working OK.

      An issue I am having is .... with my heavy welding glove, I keep slipping a couple of the Bib Grips (top and bottom) off of the helmet sometimes. I may keep this for happening by Spot Hot Glueing the grips to the helmet... but then I loose the option of moving the BIBS other helmets if needed.

      Overall, I am very satisfied with the CyberWeld Bibs and may purchase more in the future.

      Works Well in Production Enviroment

      We have welders in all directions when working in the plant. This helps take the glare out of the inside of the helmet so you can get a clear line of sight to weld. Likely lowers eye fatigue and increases productivity
