Package of 10 - Diamond Ground 7 inch .03% Zirconiated tungsten welding electrode, size .040, is ideal for AC TIG welding non-ferrous metals where radiographic-quality welds are required. Each tungsten electrode has a mechanically ground finish for consistent purity and performance. Zirconiated tungsten (brown tipped) transfers little or no tungsten contamination to the weld puddle.

    I will never go back to pure tungsten again

    I have an old Lincoln Square wave 175. Tried pure tungsten on aluminum it just balled up too quickly. This stuff holds a nice tight ball.

    Great Tungsten

    This was just what I was looking for. Theses electrodes performed excellent on Aluminum just like advertised.

    They don't ball up or get the little nodules on the tip.
