The ESAB® Renegade Volt™ EMP 200i is a 200 amp portable DC Stick/TIG/MIG welder that operates on 120/230 volt input power AND 80 volt battery power.  The Renegade Volt comes complete with four DeWalt® FlexVolt® 12 Ah batteries that produce up to 140 amps of stick welding output, which is ideal for electrodes up to 1/8 inch in diameter.  When plugged into the wall, the Volt supplies up to 200 amps of weld current.  Triple voltage technology allows the Volt EMP 200i to operate on single-phase 120 volt or 230 volt input power using included adapter plug AND 80 volt battery power.  In battery mode, the Volt can burn up to thirty three 3/32" diameter E6013 electrodes on a single charge. In AMP+ Hybrid Mode, Renegade Volt supplements AC input power with battery power to prevent nuisance trips to the breaker box to reset smaller breaker sizes (e.g., 10A, 16A), or to provide more output when welding on 120V input.

Adjustable Arc Force and Hot Start controls allow you to customize your stick welding arc for the perfect weld every time.  For running E6010 electrodes, the Volt features a cellulosic mode, to maximize performance.  The Renegade Volt EMP 200i is also capable of DC TIG welding up to 200 amps with OPTIONAL TIG torch and MIG welding up to 200 amps with OPTIONAL Tweco® spool gun. It comes complete with four (4) DeWalt FlexVolt 12 Ah rechargeable batteries, detachable battery box, DeWalt four-port quick charging station, 120/230 volt adapter cord, ten foot lead cable with electrode holder, ten foot ground cable with clamp, shoulder strap and ESAB's 3-year warranty. The Renegade Volt EMP 200i is IP23S designed to be used with confidence indoors or outdoors.
