The ESAB® Rogue EM 140 is a 140 amp portable MIG welding package that operates on household 120 volt input power. The Rogue 140 boasts a robust industrial design at a DIY price.  Weighing in at just under 29 lbs., the EM 140 is lightweight but is capable of MIG welding 1/4" thick material in a single pass.  Its rigid molded housing will withstand abuse that would destroy lesser welders.  It features Arc Dynamics, which allows you to fine tune your arc based on the metal you're joining.  The Rogue also comes standard with adjustable pre and post-flow, burn back control, wire jog and gas purge. This welder is spool gun ready, which means you can tackle aluminum MIG welding jobs with OPTIONAL Tweco® 160 amp spool gun.  There are no additional adapters needed.

The Rogue EM 140 comes complete with digital display, ten foot Tweco® Fusion® 180 MIG gun, shielding gas flow regulator with hose, work cable with clamp, input power and ESAB's 3-year warranty.  It is rated for IP23S for outdoor use.
