Flame Tech® Medium Duty Cutting, Welding & Heating Outfit FTVMD-22

The Flame Tech® FTVMD-22 is a Victor®-style medium duty oxy/acetylene welding, heating and cutting torch kit. This complete industrial outfit features solid brass regulators and torch handle.  The medium duty cutting attachment is constructed of brass and stainless steel.  The oxygen and acetylene regulators are UL® listed and come with solid brass "T" adjusting screws.  Regulator inlets feature sintered metal filter to prevent impurities from entering the regulator.

With supplied tips, this medium duty torch outfit has a cut capacity of 1/2 inch and a welding capacity of up to 1/4 inch.  With OPTIONAL larger 3-101 series cutting tips and W-1 series welding tips, maximum cut capacity is 5 inches and maximum welding capacity is 1.25 inches.

  • Medium duty CGA 510 acetylene (VMAR-22) and oxygen (VMOR-22) regulators
  • Medium duty torch handle (VTHM-22) and cutting attachment (VCAM-22)
  • Cutting tip (0-3-101) cuts up to 1/2"
  • Heating head (8-MFA-1)
  • Welding nozzles (0-W-1, 2-W-1, 4-W-1) welds up to 1/4" with largest tip
  • 15' of 1/4" twin "T" grade hose with CGA “B” fittings
  • Tip cleaner, Glasses, Spark lighter & Reverse Flow Check valves

    Know your acetylene inlet.
  • If your tank valve has female threads, you should choose this CGA 510 (male) torch outfit.
