The Harris&reg 301 B Tank Acetylene Regulator (CGA 520) is made in the USA and comes with a 7 year factory warranty. It is a single-stage, solid brass regulator designed for light and medium duty welding, cutting and brazing applications. The Harris 301 acetylene regulator comes with dual 2 inch steel pressure gauges and has a max outlet pressure rating of 15 PSIG.

The #301-15-520B acetylene regulator comes with a CGA 520 inlet (right hand, female threads) and is designed to be used on acetylene cylinders equipped with a CGA 520 post valve (right hand, male threads). "B" style acetylene cylinders have a 40 cubic foot storage capacity are most commonly found in plumbing and HVAC applications.

    Needs Adaptor

    As a working professional who solders all sizes of copper for various plumbing purposes this is a great product to have.

    However when I first recieved the product I was unaware I could not just throw my TurboTorch hose on and go, I spent hours looking for a suitable adaptor and finally found one that worked, the "Western 103 & 104 Oxygen Acetylene Adaptors, A Size Hose to B Torch/Regulator" on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B06X93Y1RF/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1QZKSFGQN5HY7&psc=1 fit well and works great.

    Friendly reminder once installed and gas is on spray with a little bit of soap water to make sure you do not have a leak.

    Works Great

    I replaced a single gauge unit with the Harris B-tank unit and I'm much happier with a duel unit. I would like to have seen additional information on adapters for the different types/sizes of hoses used with B-tanks. I use a single hose with an acetylene/air torch, after installing the duel regulator I could not attach the torch hose then had to chase down an adapter. Would have been better if I knew that in advance, so as not to waste time and frustration. Maybe Harris could offer a line of standard adapters?

    I'm an artist not a welder or HVAC technician so not all unit issues are familiar.
