Hobart® AirForce™ 27i Plasma Cutter 500575
The completely redesigned Hobart® AirForce™ 27i produces up to 30 amps of cutting power and operates on either 120 volt or 240 input. It weighs only 22 pounds, yet cuts up to 5/8 inch mild steel. The AirForce 27i comes complete with MVP™ (multi-voltage plug) technology which allows you to run off of standard 120 volt OR 240 volt input power. Voltage changeover is simple and requires no tools.
The AirForce 27i features the ergonomically designed XT30R plasma torch that boasts more efficient cooling and longer plasma consumable life than previous models. The 27i requires compressed air delivery of at least 5.0 cfm @ 90 to 120 psi. It has a rated cutting capacity of 3/8 inch thick mild steel @ 60% duty cycle and a maximum cutting capacity on mild steel of 5/8 inch. Unit is compatible with engine-driven welders with at least 4 kW of generator power with a 240 volt receptacle.
