Hobart® Fabshield® XLR-8™ E71T-8J-H8 Flux-Cored Welding Wire - 20 lb. Fiber Spool

20 lb. Fiber Spool - Hobart® Fabshield® XLR-8™ E71T-8J-H8 is a fast-freezing, all position flux-cored welding wire that requires no shielding gas. Fabshield XLR-8 welds out of position at high currents. It is excellent for structural steel welding and heavy equipment repair. XLR-8 produces a low hydrogen weld deposit with high impact strength at low temperatures. It also features easy slag removal.

Hobart Fabshield XLR-8 comes in VCI packaging (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) that extends shelf life and prevents corrosion. The rugged 20 pound fiber spool resists cracking and requires no special spindle adapter. XLR-8 flux-cored welding wire is available in 1/16 through 5/64 inch diameters.
