The Jackson® Translight™ 455 Flip shade 5-13 premium auto-darkening welding helmet flips up to reveal an integrated 46 square inch grinding shield. The 455 lens scores a perfect 1/1/1/1 optical clarity rating while providing a true color view of the weld puddle. With industry leading 1/40,000 sec. switching speed and exceptional 2 amp DC TIG rating, the Translight 455 has a shade 4 light state and shade 5-8 cut mode. Analog lens controls include shade, delay and sensitivity adjustments. Lens also features 4 arc sensors and a 9.65 square inch viewing area. It comes complete with a 3 year warranty.



The lift mechanism of the Translight 455 is quick and easy-to-use. Tabs on either side of the helmet shell make raising and lowering the ADF a breeze. In the "up" position, the 46 square inch grind shield is completely revealed, providing an unobstructed view with excellent peripheral vision. It allows for quick transitions from welding to cutting and back again.
