Genuine Lincoln® K4261 Prism® Wall Mount Welding Fume Extractor Dual Arm MERV 14 SL One-Pak® comes complete with two fume extraction arms, MERV 14 filter and two arc sensor/lamp kits. This low vacuum welding fume extraction system captures welding fumes at the source. With a base unit footprint of just 36 in. x 22 in. x 38 in., the Prism Wall Mount is designed for simple installation on your shop wall or on top of your Lincoln welding booth. The MERV 14 main filter captures up to 84% of airborne contaminants from 0.3 to 1 micron in size. The Prism Wall Mount fume extractor is excellent for manufacturing and fabrication applications where MIG, TIG, Stick or Flux-Cored welding fumes are present. It comes complete with a color-coded filter status indicator that clearly displays remaining filter life. This Prism Wall Mount runs on 120 volt, single-phase, 60 Hz input power.
The two arc sensor/lamp kits come installed inside your fume extraction arms' hoods. When the welding arc is struck, the arc sensors automatically turn the vacuum motor on. Fifty seconds after the welding arc is extinguished, the arc sensors put the fume extractor in stand-by mode, saving electricity and reducing noise. The LED lamps provide additional lighting when your welding application requires more visibility. Seperate lamp switches are included to allow the lamps to operate independently of the arc sensor.
Extraction arms are available in 10 ft., 13 ft., Telescoping 4-6 ft. or Telescoping 5-8 ft. lengths.
