Genuine Lincoln® K4261 Prism® Wall Mount Welding Fume Extractor Single Arm MERV 14 SL One-Pak® comes complete with a fume extraction arm, MERV 14 filter and an arc sensor/lamp kit. This low vacuum welding fume extraction system captures welding fumes at the source. With a base unit footprint of just 36 in. x 22 in. x 38 in., the Prism Wall Mount is designed to easily mount on your shop wall or on top of your Lincoln welding booth. The MERV 14 main filter captures up to 84% of airborne contaminants from 0.3 to 1 micron in size. The Prism Mobile fume extractor is excellent for manufacturing and fabrication applications where MIG, TIG, Stick or Flux-Cored welding fumes are present. It comes complete with a color-coded filter status indicator that clearly displays remaining filter life. This Prism Wall Mount runs on 120 volt, single-phase, 60 Hz input power.
The arc sensor/lamp kit comes installed inside your fume extraction arm's hood. When the welding arc is struck, the arc sensor automatically turns the vacuum motor on. Fifty seconds after the welding arc is extinguished, the arc sensor puts the fume extractor in stand-by mode, saving electricity and reducing noise. The LED lamp provides additional lighting when your welding application requires more visibility. A seperate lamp switch is included to allow the lamp to operate independently of the arc sensor.
Extraction arms are available in 10 ft., 13 ft., Telescoping 4-6 ft. or Telescoping 5-8 ft. lengths.
